"Wait Lady, wait! I am going to open the door, just let me pick up the keys..." Rosemary laughed, she grabbed all of her keys to doors and searched for the main door key, the young female dog barked in eager and wagged her tail in exictment, she wanted to see the beautiful day going on outside! That is what all matters to the young Gordon Setter. The girl, whom name is Rosemary Wright - opened the door with a sign "The Wrights" written on out side, the dog swiftly ran to the lawn that fence marked exactly to it. The Gordon Setter barked loudly and started trotting, bouncing, rolling and jumping everywhere. Her badge on her pale purple-blue and orchid collar, with name "Lady" written on it and smaller text "Rosemary Wright's pet since 2009" written, bounced and moved everywhere and catchingly glistened in the frame from distance. Lady wasn't so happy in her whole life, the mood and theme of outside was excellent, just like in a fairytale. Lady looked around with curiousity, she was searching for new things in outside, even she was 2 years old, she acted today like a little happy puppy.

Charred skulked up the sidewalk, growling if anything got within five feet of him and snarling if they got within three. Considering the black husky's aggressive behavior it was no surprise that he was the only one occupying the sidewalk that normally would be packed with humans. The sound of another dog's excited bark made him raise his blue eyes, and he beheld a young Gordon Setter frisking about in her owner's lawn. Surprised at the sight of another dog after being avoided for so long, the dog sat and watched, blue eyes wondering and without the slightest hint of the anger and stubbornness that had been in them ever since the attack.

Lady wagged her tail as she saw her favorite toy, a squeaky bouncy ball. The young dog picked it up and chowed on it, making the ball squeak. Which made the dog squeeze it more. Her enthusiastic bark and movements were surprisingly fun to watch. The dog played with it for a while until she dropped it away and her owner picked it up and went to the house and write a story she has been working on for a while. Lady lay down, panting, it was fun exercise for her. When she got her breath she stood up and sniffed the air. She smelt another canine around here. Her ears set forward, her bright brown eyes looked around and saw a slight figure of a bigger dog than her, probably a male she thought. But Lady didn't risk and make a move but wait for a response, even if her tail wasn't wagging, or even if she wasn't barking. Her brown eyes squinted a little, the silence made her nervous from inside, her thoughts in her mind made her even more nervous. The Gordon Setter saw many dogs when her owner takes her for a walk in dog parks, but never socializes with them like other dogs. So the interesting sight of another dog that noticed her was quite intriguing.

The black husky perked his ears, dull coat seeming to steal any rays of light that hit him and hide them away. If he had stuck close to the wall like what he normally did when watching other dogs, he would've been practically invisible except for his treacherous blue eyes. It seemed that the Gordon Setter was antisocial, of all things, and what kind of a dog that frisked about like that was antisocial? He concluded it must've been a crippling event that had made her this way, and if anybody knew what such a thing felt like, it was him. Putting on a cool demeanor, Charred trotted down the street towards the dog and her lawn, tail held high as a sign of dominance. Although it didn't seem so at first glance, the dog had an eye on the other dog, flashing his eyes towards her every now and then. But obviously, as to not blow his cover, he did it so infrequently and swiftly that it was nearly impossible to notice.

The Gordon Setter sat down, it looked like their eyes stormed at each other. Her black coat shined as sun rayed at her, making her strict face appear - those brown eyes were blazing as ever. Lady watched the dog, she was ready to protect and attack if something happened, her body was automatically set as weapon and only the trigger needs to be pulled. Though, she wasn't sure what is going to happen, so she was careful. That tail held up was bothering a little, but she tried not to mind the male's wanted dominance. The young female hasn't ever saw such kind of a dog that can dare and come to her lawn. The dog's breath was slow and careful, her body was panicking from inside, she wanted to do action first before thinking. But she let this down and was thinking first. Lady didn't speak at first, she waited for this mister so-cool speak or do actions first. Her brown eyes flamed, it was saying the words first that her voice isn't saying, she was both warning and confused, but ready for anything.

Charred padded closer to the lawn, slowing down as he got nearer. The hostility emanating from the Setter was almost unimaginable. Of course, every rose has its thorn. I guess this rose had more than one thorn. He pulled to a stop outside the lawn, blue eyes fixed on the black-and-tan dog. "Hello there, lady. What's the matter? Afraid I'm going to eat you?" he asked, sitting down with ears alert.

The Gordon Setter's brown eyes blazed with protectivity, "Who are you and how you dare to come to my lawn?" She stood up, Lady was a well-mannered dog so her voice was strict and cold at first, that is how usually she speaks though. Her usual drooped ears flicked a little to his side.

Charred curled his lips to snarl back, but then he closed his eyes and smiled. This was a housedog, so she obviously didn't know who to fear on the streets. "Charred is the name. I don't blame you for not knowing, because you're obviously a housedog who has no idea who you don't want to cross on the streets," From here his eyes turned cold again, and the smile dissapated before you could say hello. "I'm one of those dogs you don't want to cross. I go wherever I want and nobody can give a cat-scat about it,"

Lady moved her chin up and sat down, flicking her tail. Then daredevilry glanced at Charred, those cold blue eyes were nothing to her blazing brown stare, it just said 'cool off' to his, her trust level was still low to Charred so she didn't say or do much to him, but still was protective either way, if this streetsmart dog would do something. This young female was quite wit and clever too, in her own way, even if such events didn't happe to her in her whole life. She looked like it wasn't first time like this, a fake plastic sarcastic smile shined upon her face, "Oh, I see... Then I guess I am too plain for you, since you are streetsmart dog while I am just a housedog that you see almost everywhere." The young Gordon Setter's eyes spoke differently while her voice said other way, it wasn't on purpose though, she was clever with him because she doesn't trust this stray critter.

Charred's eyes softened, seeing that the dog was simply tense and was simply guarding her, 'territory.' "Not necessarily, little lady," he replied. "I don't see dogs like you every day," he flattered, twisting his head to his hind foot to casually gnaw on a tick. Once you got up close to the black husky, it was evident he was a stray. What kind of a pet owner would let their dog get infested with ticks and wander the streets aimlessly without a chaperone? In a city like this, no pet owner did things like that. With its own Humane Society and a headquarters of a nationwide pet club, everyone took their pets seriously in that town.

Lady's ears twitched as she heard his words, even if she was flattered, she didn't show it to make a wrong move to her reputation. She didn't come closer in any way, she always liked a personal space between she doesn't know anyone and herself. Her black and tan fur ruffled a bit as wind blew by, then her tail moved a little away to her side as she opened her mouth to reply to the stray bark, "Heh, maybe because I am from a rich and high class family." Lady smirked a little, what kind of flatter is that? Even if she liked it, she felt like an everyday dog and blend well in with others in the public of a dog park.

Charred laughed, a light yet teasing sound. "Of course you are! This is one classy place you got here if you hadn't noticed," he barked, turning to admire the large house. He had never been in one of his own will, of course. How could he be feared if he was a housepet? The dogs on the street make the toughest of housepets look no more dangerous than raccoons.

Lady's eyes shined with a tease too, "Well, I am used to big houses. Especially mine." She replied and turned to one side a little, not on purpose. She didn't still come closer to the dog. Lady took a deep breath of the air and breathed out, it was a great day outside. Sun stayed up in the sky like a never lasting light bulb, well, it is good to her as long as that dog isn't ruining her day or bothering any more. She didn't try to make big friendships with any dogs, just like him. She just doesn't seem to stick like a bubblegum to somebody's shoe, nor vice versa.

"No! Really?" he exclaimed sarcastically, flicking his tail to emphasize his sarcasm. "Have you ever been outside of your owner's house without human supervision?" he asked slightly softer, knowing that if he was too loud the dog's owner would get suspicious and chase him off. You couldn't trust humans, especially if you were a street dog. "The streets can be dangerous in the wrong places, but I know places that can take your breath away at first sight." he said to Lady as the sun began to set and the streetlights started turning on.

Lady didn't respond, she looked at her house's windows and only responded after she saw streetlights turning on, "I was outside without my owner many, many times. However, I only go to places I remember I can go. I know when my owner is up or asleep. So I have to be careful to sneak out from the house without being noticed. I can't be out without my owner for too long though. I can be caught by dog catcher and be reported to my owners about me. Which is horrible thing that I hope it'll never happen." Lady trotted closer to her house door and looked a bit. Then came back in same spot where she was talking to the dog, "Sure, we may go. It's the right time because my owner fell asleep while working on her own projects." Her eyes blazed suspiciously, she knew if he was tricking her... She would immediately go back. This Gordon Setter knew her way to home like her all four paws.
