You can't "call" kits. It's up to the parents who they go to. However, you can claim any unclaimed character in the "Characters" board.

This isn't a real litter--I was just practicing doing genetics. So these kits are not going to be available.

Shoelace and Neonstar are going to have a litter eventually, but not right now. Keep an eye on the OOC boards for the announcement--people will be able to apply for kits then.
