Bam! Claimed! :3 Name: Wolf Description: Wolf was rescued as a small puppy when his current owner, a farmer named Mark Trussel, found him cowering under a bush near the chicken coop, with a blue-gray terrier growling at him protectively. Another one of Mark's farmdogs, a Kerry Blue terrier named Jerry, was guarding the chickens when the starving Deerhound puppy had tried to make a break for the small chicks that would make a hearty meal for the pup. Jerry had caught him and chased him under a bush, where Mark found the pup and decided he could train it to be a good farmdog. Three days later, on Christmas Eve, Mark groomed the pup until his coat seemed to shine with the joy that would be on Mark's sons' faces the following morning when they discovered the puppy. When it came time to name the pup after all the presents had been opened, the littlest child, Gerald, asked if the puppy was a wolf, Gerald being five and a half years old at the time. So that was what the family decided to name him; Wolf. Now Wolf is three and a half years old, and is Gerald's best friend. He and Jerry became fast friends, and the Deerhound today is a mighty fine sheepdog for his breed. He, Jerry, and another farmdog are the pride of the Trussels' farm.
